What types of room do you offer?

We have Superior Apartments (T1) and Superior Studios (T0).

What is the maximum occupation that you allow in each room?

Our rooms are design to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children.

What facilities does your hotel have?

At the top floor we have a terrace with an exterior heated pool, sun lounger, a wellness center with a sauna, gym, Turkish bath, and emotional shower. At the lower level we have a patio, a lounge, an art gallery, and parking.

At what time can I check-in?

You can check-in after 3 p.m.

Until what time can I check-out?

You can check-out until 12. From this time we can store your luggage and you can use our facilities (pool, wellness center and locker rooms).

Is it possible to order an extra bed/baby cot and how much will it be?

It is not possible to add an extra bed, but the sofa bed can be made as a bed. Baby cot can be added at no extra cost.

Are the rates on your web site per person or per room?

The price is always per room.

Are fees and taxes included in prices?

Fees and taxes are included. Extra costs for extra services may apply. 

What extra services do you offer?

We can provide you with a transfer service from the airport to our hotel. We also can arrange tours, experiences or rent you a car.

Booking process

How do I book accommodation?

Booking is possible by completing the reservation form on our web site. Please select the dates of your stay and type of rooms you wish.

The system will show you the price for the accommodation (always check the room conditions and different rates). If you agree with the total price and the booking conditions, just click on "Book now" and the reservation form will show up.

Once you finish the order form and click on button "Book now", your reservation will be confirmed shortly to your email address.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?

After completing and sending us your reservation request, you will get an automatic e-mail confirming your booking. 

Can I book your services by telephone?

Yes, you can. Nevertheless, due to the nature of our hotel, specific rates and accommodation services, if you wish to make a personalized booking, we advise you to fill in the form on our website. This is the best way to match the offer for your needs.

I made a reservation but did not receive any confirmation. What should I do?

Before finalizing your reservation please double check your e-mail address because a mistake in the e-mail address is the most common reason why our guests do not receive their confirmations.
In some cases, our e-mails can also end up in the “spam folder” so please check it as well.
In any case, if you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail or by phone as we will be very happy to assist you and solve the problem as soon as possible.

How many rooms can I book at once?

You can book as many rooms as are available for a selected period (being maximum 9).

Payment / Credit card guarantee

Why do you require my credit card details for bookings?

Your credit card details are required as a guarantee for your reservation in case of late cancellation or “no-show”. We can preauthorize your credit card so please make sure that your credit card is valid. Also please note, that if you book a Nonrefundable room rate, this type of room has special conditions, and your credit card will be charged in advance. Please, always double check the payment and cancellation policy of the room you are interested in before you proceed with the reservation.

Is it secure to send my credit card details?

Yes, it is absolutely secure as we are using encrypted SSL protocol in all our order forms. This is the latest, most secure technology that encrypts all the details provided in the order form including your credit card details. All our servers are also protected by firewall against any unauthorized access.

What types of credit card can I use to guarantee for my booking?

Visa and Mastercard.

Do you require any deposit or payment in advance?

Deposit or prepayment may be applied to special conditions or Nonrefundable reservations. You will find the deposit or prepayment information in the room conditions.

How do I pay for our accommodation?

It depends on the room payment conditions. 

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?

Yes, we accept bank transfer.

Can I pre-pay the service (convenience, present, etc.)?

Once you complete your reservation, and if you wish an additional service to be arranged, please contact us in the Accommodation confirmation.

Do you offer special discounts e. g. for travel consultants or airline employees?

Yes we do. Please refer to your company and employee number or company card at the reservation. 

Do you have special offers for long stay bookings? 

Yes we do! We have reduced rates for guests that wish to book from 3 to 6 nights or for more than 6 nights or even for longer stays! Just contact us to know the details! 

Change of a booking / Cancellation

How do I cancel my booking?

How do I know that my reservation is cancelled?

When your reservation is cancelled, you will get a cancellation confirmation from us. If you don’t hear back from us, please get in touch with us by some other means (phone or e-mail).

What cancellation conditions do you have? When at latest can I change the booking without being charged any fee?

Each room has its own cancellation policy and for this information always check the room conditions. Generally, your reservation can be canceled or changed few days before your arrival. However, there are some exceptions - for example Nonrefundable or Special conditions room rates. You can check the room policy if you click on the room type.

My credit card has been charged by the hotel though I changed/cancelled my reservation in time. How can I get a refund?

Please, contact the hotel directly so we can arrange the situation.

Do the payment and cancellation conditions for group reservations or long-term stays differ?

Yes, they do, however you will be informed about all the conditions of your booking before you commit to make a fixed booking.
